Job Description :
1. 0.6 to 5.0 years technical recruiting experience.
2. USA End to End Recruitment Process, Salary / Hourly Rate negotiating, Editing & posting job description, resume shortlisting, calling candidates, interview scheduling, handling paperwork etc.
3. Must have Good knowledge of corp-corp, 1099 and W2 tax terms.
4. Demonstrated ability with recruiting best practices and habits.
5. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
6. Demonstrated ability in developing an effective pipeline for strong technical candidates.
7. Technologically savvy, with an excellent proficiency in Windows based technologies (including, but not limited to Word, Excel & Outlook).
8. Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization abilities, including the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
9. Team player
10. Bachelors degree required.
